In compliance with 1999/44/CE and legislative decree 24 of 2 February 2002, Alfa Scale guarantees the customer’s rights under the terms and conditions of the sales contract.. The warranty extends to rectifying imperfect installation of the stairs. Creaking of wooden parts that is due to regular use of the stairs is not covered by warranty.
Changes to the wood due to sudden changes in temperature or humidity coming from a radiator or any other source of heat near the manufactured product or toimproper storage or use of theproduct are not covered by the warranty. Alfa Scale is liable for design faultsfor the period of two years from the original date of delivery; the purchaser must report the fault to the seller within two months from the date of fault detection.
